Delete your ScoreBil account
ScoreBil is a free football prediction app developed by Umut Sadıkoğlu. You can permanently delete your account and its data in either of the two ways below. This can't be undone.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open ScoreBil and sign in.
- Tap the menu (☰) at the top left and choose Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Tick the confirmation box and tap Permanently Delete My Account.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
2. Can't access the app? Request by email
Send an email with the subject "Delete account" to destek@scorebil.app from the email address registered to your account. We verify your identity by the request coming from that address. Your account will be deleted within 30 days at the latest, and we'll let you know by email.
For your security, we can't act on deletion requests sent from a different address.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, username and profile photo
- All your predictions, points, badges and standings
- Your messages and photos in league chats, and all your direct chats (photos within a few minutes)
- Your friends and league memberships
- Leagues you founded pass to their longest-standing member; leagues with no other members are deleted.
What is kept for a limited time
- Reports: Content that has been reported is kept only for review until the report is resolved. The report record (including the reported message's text and username) is kept for 1 year after the report is resolved, for community safety and possible legal proceedings, and is then deleted automatically.
- Suspended accounts: If an account suspended for breaking the rules is deleted, an irreversible digest (hash) of its email address is kept to prevent signing up again with the same email; the address itself is not kept.
- Notifications already sent to others: Your username may remain in notifications sent to other users before deletion (e.g. "X wants to add you as a friend") until those notifications are deleted (at most 180 days).
- Technical backups: Encrypted backups are kept for at most 14 days and then deleted automatically.
